This hybrid card is a combination of the following two RFID Technologies built into one card.
The NXP MIFARE Classic S50 with 1Kbytes EEPROM read/write memory is compatible with existing MIFARE infrastructure. It operates in accordance with ISO 14443A. The MIFARE S50 works with reading distances of up to 10cm with true anti-collision properties. The MIFARE Classic S50 is the pioneer and most commonly used contactless smart card ICs operating in the 13.56MHz frequency range.
The Alien Higgs-3 UHF Gen2 World Tag ICs / antennas are designed to operate globally within a narrowly defined performance band from 860 to 960MHz, which enables each individual tag to be used successfully across the Europe, Americs, Asia and Africa. Alien Higgs-3 World Tags provide uniform behaviour and consistent performance globally. The memory is 96Bit EPC, 512Bit User Memory and 64Bit Unique ID number. Alien Higgs-3 World Tags provides an exceptional omni-directional read range and high-speed operation.
