The NXP MIFARE Ultralight has a 512Bit EEPROM read/write memory and is fully compatible with existing MIFARE infrastructures. It operates in accordance with ISO 14443A.
MIFARE Ultralight works with reading distances of up to 10cm with true anti-collision properties. It enables the development of a complete electronic, contactless payment system for public transport applications or similar.
