Contact Memory Cards

The NXP I-CODE SLI device is a 1024bit read/write device compliant to ISO15693 / ISO18000-3 RFID standard. It can be used with reading distances of up to 1m (depending on type of reader /antenna used) and has an integrated Anticollision feature as well as Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS). The memory organization provides 32 blocks with 4 bytes/each.
