The Infineon SLE5542 is an intelligent 256byte EEPROM Secure Memory IC with Write Protection function and Programmable Security Code.
The SLE5542 is 100% functional compatible to SLE4442. It features a 32 x 1Bit Protection Memory and Byte-wise write protection of first 32 addresses (byte 0....31) of Data Memory.
It is produced in advanced CMOS-technology optimised for security layout.
