Contact Memory Cards

The Infineon SLE5528 is an intelligent, ISO7816 compatible Secure Memory IC with synchronous communication protocol. The memory size is 1,024bytes EEPROM.

The SLE5528 is 100% functional compatible to SLE4428. The access to memory is protected by a 3byte secret code for data write only. It allows free read of data (except PIN protected data) and a Non reversible byte-wise write protection of the lowest 32 addresses.
