3. Review your final card cost online, and approve
4. Receive a full formal quotation, including shipping costs and leadtime, by email from smartcardsonline
   This will include an order reference number and payment options.
5. Make payment in the most convenient manner - see Payments.
6. Receive your cards by the chosen shipping method
